Hudson Valley's Apple Harvest Specials

The following dishes have been specially created by our chefs to celebrate the fall apple harvest here in the Hudson Valley. All of these specials include soup and salad & a complimentary order of one of our monthly special desserts.



Pan-Fried Turkey Scaloppini
Thinly sliced pounded and breaded turkey cutlet, served with our own roasted apple, wild rice and dried cranberry stuffing and an apple cider gravy.

Pork Normandy
Sauteed pork loin medallions topped with fresh local apples sauteed in butter with apple brandy.

Apple Harvest Steak
Three USDA choice of beef tender medallions, served atop a bed of caramelized onions and flame roasted Fuji apples.

Apple Butter-Glazed Salmon
Oven-roasted Atlantic salmon topped with warm apple butter and a drizzle of sweet honey.

Veal Cortlandt
Tender veal scaloppini with sauteed apples and red cabbage in a flavorful brown sauce.

Roasted Half Chicken
Served with our own homemade apple cornbread stuffing and apple cider gravy.

Roasted Half Duckling
Roasted half Maple Leaf Farm duckling, served with our warm apple-cranberry sauce.
